1. How can I place my order?
You can place your order in three simple ways:
- Add your desired products to the cart and checkout directly on our website.
- Message us via our official Facebook page.
- Drop us a message on WhatsApp.
We’ll just need your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address. One of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order shortly.
2. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can make changes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist you.
3. How can I pay for my order?
We offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (details available on the website)
4. How can I sample a fragrance before buying?
- Every order comes with 1 complimentary tester of your choice.
- You can also purchase one of our Tester Sets to explore multiple fragrances from home.
5. Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are not applicable on first orders. However, you’ll receive a discount code with your first purchase that can be used on future orders..
6. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.
7. What are the delivery charges?
- Rs. 200 flat rate
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000
8. When will my order arrive?
- Karachi: 2–3 working days
- Other cities: 3–5 working days
