At Jaan e Bahar, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll gladly assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Satisfaction Guarantee – We accept any product you are not satisfied with.
  • Time Frame – Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition – Returned products must have at least 90% of the original quantity remaining in the bottle.
  • Non-Refundable Items – The Tester Box (Sample Box) is non-refundable, as it is intended solely for fragrance testing.
  • High-Value Orders – Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable and eligible only for exchange.

Process & Timelines:

  • Return/Exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the product.
  • For standard returns/exchanges, delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges for exchange orders.

Special Cases

  • In case of damage, leakage, or incorrect product delivery, we will bear all delivery charges for the replacement.
